Gut since you seem to be seasoned investor would you not agree that the most important clause in any CBW binding agreement with potential JV or streaming partners for recreational cannabis would be " this agreement is contingent upon the legalization of cannabis for recreational use in Canada"? I certainly would not hand over millions of dollars in financing until that criteria had been met. I believe a number of the CBW agreements will be able to be finalized once legalization is approved by the senate, but not beforehand.
