RE:RE:my guess is LUN comes back at 5.50-5.75 with no Euro trash Lundin was stupid and cheap NSU closed at C$4.60 today and that's become the new benchmark. A deal at C$5.50-5.75 (or C$5 for Timok) won't work. Sellers will require a bigger premium. People complained when Sandstorm acquired Mariana (and its 30% stake in Hot Maden) at a 73% premium (although Mariana's stock price had gone no where for a long time). The premium made the deal work although it was a great price for Sandstorm, given Hot Maden's potential. I see similar parallels with Timok and Lundin. Had Lundin been more aggressive it could have cut a deal. Now, NSU and shareholders expect more. There is long term value if NSU keeps developing Timok, but I'll accept an acquisition if the price is sufficiently high enough. My guess is north of C$6.50.
