LUN "gun shy" or "goofy"-- ???

LUN "gun shy" or "goofy"-- ??? As someone already pointed out its a bit difficult to figure out what LUN is doing with this "proposal". It would appear that after having screwed up the Reservoir Minerals attempt -- with their goofy arrogant one offer Plan A no Plan B offer -- they they are a bit gun shy this time around and want to test the waters -- trolling for some indication of what they might put into a serious bid. What is LUN's relationship with EURO ??? EURO sounds like its a bit of a disaster already if not in the making.  Given LUN's somewhat clueless management style, arrogance and goofy approach do we really want LUN shares?  -- lets go for cash or hope there is another bidder.
