I gave this board simple logical reasons why that so called financing was a farce (Nicest words I can use) Now if any of you researched the history of the company and it's inner circle there would be few question marks as to what this really is. If you want to try the same thing from a different angle then how about an inside view of this outfit from an insider with 1 year of knowledge of what it really is? (love the best Pros that he could come up with)

Still think this is anything more than a facade covering a money grab? if so then I suggest investing in GIC's.

Pros

free parking sometimes, cafe on premisis

Cons

- CEO lies to staff members, broken promises of trips and stock options that never come.
 - Hires junior programmers at lowest cost and expects expert results without training.
 - No structure to meetings, no solid dev cycle, confusing who has authorities and who does not.
 - Friends and family of CEO scattered across company so there are people in positions who should not be there.
 - A fake culture of fun at the office ran by a few people that everyone else has to adhere to.
 - Managers and senior staff leave at 3.
 - For people in the inner circle, its okay to work from home, all others will be expected to come into the office.Show Less

Advice to Management

Know something about web applications before you try to create one. Hire people with experience to get the job done.
