Chris and NItin Conversation

Chris and NItin ConversationHere's some of what I got from talk
- Nitin has experience as venture capitalist and starting cannabis company
- canabis business they see as being in service area--- cllinics, particularly medicinal mj'
- Weedaide is I got the impression more of a sideline
- team is in place for cannabis venture which they see as better opportunity than opoid rehab
-  cash on hand 5.5 million Cdn so confident at this time sufficient funds to do cannibis
- TSX does not allow cannabis operations in US
- core business not for sale but if someone came at right price they would look at
- core business continues to generate cash
- rehab clinics usually valued at 1.5 to 2.5 times revenue, thus BLVD undervalued
- they will look at hiring full time IR person
- they both hold sizable share positions, so are feeling the pain of share price

Don't quote me...just some stuff but may not be 100% accurate
