RE:Good New's...but...I understand your concerns, but I don't think a "company" would be taking any risk by making an "open purchase order." OPO's simply allow a company to make specified purchases for a specified period of time. I don't believe the company is contractually obligated in any way to actually purchase 300 litres per month until december. Which would explain why the spot price isn't reacting very much.
