No utility patent has been issued!

No utility patent has been issued! This company has f__ked everyone!   No Utility Patent!   I repeat, no Utility Patent.  

Patents come in 2 form:   1)  Design Patent  2)  Utility Patent.  

A Design Patent is useless.   Many companies scam people by saying they have "a patent" but all they really have is a Design Patent. 

The Utility Patent is the one that protects your technology.    Unfortunately, Patriot One does not have any Design or Utility Patents.    All they have are applications.    Well that is a big f__king risk that they failed to adequately disclose in ANY of their documents.    F__k the Patriot management team.   I'm not surprised Michael Rozen exited.   Which brings up another point:   Patriot hasn't even said a word that their main business development guy has exited!  wtf!?!?!
