HAHAH HIKU is a joke -  This market is wide open to anyone with cash to build a proper building and pump product out.  Profits will be minimal and the market will tank.  Cant wait till you cry yourself to sleep saying Damn Kirkland... guy knew what he was talking about.   Enjoy watching the minimal profits from HIKU get sucked up by the managements high salaries and bonus' 

There is nothing unique about HIKU -  This market is not a monopoly and will be over supplied.  END OF STORY.
