They only filed but none of the patents have been granted. This is a huge risk that no one was even talking about. Patriot One is a small tech company so it is absolutely vital they get some sort of intellectual property protection. If these patent application are ultimately rejected then this company is done. This is no different than a small biotech company waiting on the decision of the FDA for a drug approval or medical device approval.
The USPTO (USA) application is the most important one and if this application fails to achieve grant utility patent status then if won't matter what the outcome is for the other applications.
Just another red flag to the fact that Michael Rozin quietly exited the company and the company doesn't announce his departure or replacement.
The fact that Tom Ridge, their main US political insider, had a heart attack last November is another red flag. Promoting Patriot One is the last concern on his mind so don't expect much. Just too much sh_t going on.
