RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Now What?You are misreading this.  Tanager was only sued for "money had and received" and to try to get a judge to order the shares and warrants to be given to the Plaintiff instead of the lender.

"Plaintiff has sued the Tanager Defendants for money had and received and seeks relief in the form of a declaratory judgment that 21,000,000 common shares and 21,000,000 share purchase warrants, originally issued in December 2016, (Notes 11, 13 and 17 of the consolidated financial statements) should be issued in the name of the Plaintiff instead of the Lender"

It is the Lender that was sued for fraud, etc.
