My Take

My TakeAGM was really more of the same, excuses for the past and promises for the future. Most of us have heard all of it before, many times.

Our CFO seemed really unsure of himself, and not used to public speaking, so I am really not confident in him at the negotiating table with big pharma. Thomvest Rep was a nice addition, but I didn’t like his response to the question about them taking us over if we default in Nov 2019. I wish someone would have asked why make the loan due in 2019 and the warrants are good to 2026 at $0.70 as that does not compute. I also didn’t like how PL intervened on that question and squashed discussion really. I think this is not an immediate concern, but will start to drag on the stock early 2019 if there hasn’t been a lot of good news by then.

I liked that that they are confident in the voucher, so maybe FDA has indicated such, but I still think it is pie in the sky, and more bravado like the Aug vacation, indicating a deal before then, and don’t put much faith in either.

I really think we are in for a major trading bounce by August, maybe as much as a double, and even a triple with the right deal, but that is unlikely imho. I am confident enough of that trading rally, that I was a significant buyer at .68 and .69 this week. However, longer term, I am still not so sure.

I think that the Thomvest guy said that they wanted the reverse split and the Nasdaq listing in 2018. Did anyone else hear that? I guess it is on the transcript somewhere?
