RE:Contact

RE:Contacthttps://thecse.com/

I also tried to contact company twice. N o replies. Looks like the outgoing CFO was way behind on the filings. I spoke to IROC and was told it's about overdue filings - Quarterly's. In other words, simply stuff.  That was a month ago.  Since then, there has been several new documents uploaded to the CSE. The latest MD&A mentions they are possibly considering getting out of Argentina and looking at a move to Canadian assets instead. But, with no cash I don't see what that could mean. They also mention the "halt" is lifted back on May 1 and again May 4. So there must be some other lingering  issue with the CSE. Or, it's just taking time for them to review the latest filings.

Where was the oversight on filings ? I get the impression management here is only partially engaged.
This is a very small operation where one bad actor can have a profound impact on things.
However, with Oil prices moving north - you might think the fortunes of poor JEM would change for the better.

Who knows maybe they are looking into that bump in volume followed by a NL Quasi reco just before the halt. Weird that. Innit.
GLTA.
