RE:Another article on the class-action lawsuitThere is nothing NEW in that article; but the context of that article (from a farming publication) really made it sounds like the farmer is to blame for his situation vis a vis the CBC article I read last week. When you get a mortgage on your house, and lose your job, you don't get let out of your mortgage. The bank takes your house and sells it. This - or similar - is the precedent that will aply to this case.
