This proves my earlier points that stated that Glencore never intended NOT to pay Gertler and that they would work this out... possibly with Chinese "help"... Glencore has always been in full compliance with its Royalty obligations but got "up-ended" by US Sanctions against the named individual. Mark my words: this will be resolved and in private. These are my views only. Thanks for reading.
