It is very clear that Trump isn't going to be impeachedwho is no friend of the UN's indigenous act, undo interference, in all nations
of the world economic activities. Get safe economic conditions, community
benefits and job placements in indigenous areas, but that's it.
Trump is not going to be impeached over the claimed russia gate collusion
scandal. That has failed even if he's continually accused and harassed over it.
Well, they could try to impeach Trump over the Stormy Daniele affair, and
hush money to her? But after Clinton was exonerated or not impeached, over
his sexual shenanigans and lies over them, it's very unlucky the nation will
be put through another impeachment attempt over sexual matters and lies.
Nor that the republicans who are in the majority would vote for impeachment
proceedings let alone impeach him if had proceedings.
And just as Trump is getting through his attack by the deep state it looks like
the President of Guatemala is getting over his attacks of corruption. At least
to the extent he survives out his term, if voted out in the next Guatemalan
election because of his citizens disapproval in him.
But regardless of whether President Jimmy Morales stays in office another
term, the UN's clout and using its indigenous act to direct economic policies
in nations around the world will not and does not have a friend in Trump
and will fight such nonsense.
Regular nations' people can't stop economic development in their nations
and the metal mines of all types that build up civilizations. That is unheard
of in all nations of the world.
Nor can you undo imperialism over indigenous people or make up for it or
develop them as associate citizens in nations, by keeping them in wild life
preservations like Zoo animals.
What regular citizens can expect now, and indigenous people with them, is
the right to have as environmentally safe mining of all metal types, that is
reasonably possible. And community investments and job placements in
the community most effected, as well as taxes and royalties to the nation.
Further the mining area of THO’s silver mine in the San Rafael area is not
even a holder of Xinca people or enough of them, and even the Xinca
Parliament admits that.

Rather the Xinca people in the Casillas district outside the San Rafael area
are using a legal device of civil disobedience that does not apply, that THO
merely using public roads to transport hazardous or non hazardous material
is the same thing as mining on their property with the right to stop not only
the drive through but the whole mining process in another district.
That’s preposterous. At most they can protest to have the trucks made as
safe as possible for spillage of material that might be hazardous, but that’s
it.
Rather they are being encouraged by the more unwarranted civil disobedience
claims by the UN and the Calas social organization, to stop the legal mining
operations in the San Rafael district that otherwise couldn’t be stopped by
citizens, who could still protest over unsafe conditions to be corrected if were
any, but aren’t.
That is a fabrication by the UN and the Calas social group.
Mining of all metal types in the world can be made as safe as possible
but can’t be stopped, or civilization would stop that are dependent on them.
That is what should be arbitrated by the court system there once and for all,
that there is no rightful civil disobedience issue by the Casillas district protestors,
and the district has to be penalized in fines, privileges removed or whatever
else it will take, to get the wrongfully declared civil disobedience protest to stop.
Then as a last remedy, jail time for the more encouraging leaders of the illegal
civil disobedience movement who are the ringleaders of the whole unwarranted
civil disobedience and outrageous demands of closure of the THO silver mine.
Because of the illegal nature of the protest and outrageous demands it does
make one suspect that someone wants THO’s silver mine, since a far better
Policy for any Xinca people of significant numbers in the San Rafael district
would be to get more community benefits and job placements from THO, not
close them down.
Now that the ex head of the constitutional court, Gloria Porras, (also known for
being corrupt) has been removed, the constitutional court overseeing the case,
will sort out and rectify everything to all’s satisfaction. Meaning THO’s silver
mine stays in operation and there is no mistaking anymore what the Casillas
district can legally protest over as civil disobedience claims. Safe mining trucks
through the public roads in their district, but that’s it.
