RE:RE:What's changed... Everything!! in 3 points

RE:RE:What's changed... Everything!! in 3 points@Drrwong. Goods inputs as always but can you please confirm where you attained the additional info from slide 26 of the AGM. The file I received did not disclose a suggested breakdown percentage of hospitals using HLD vs 2 x HLD vs HLD + ETO.  These numbers were not mentioned during the call either.  Was this from a study? Just wondering where these numbers came from because I've attended some of the FDA webinars and it seems that no one tracks or has an aggregate view of what hospitals are actually doing - note zero compliance from all the scope mfg's on the FDA's demands for practice input. Basically each is acting on its own accord.

Also when discussing compatability RR would only disclose that the VP4 cycles between needed repairs was somewhere between the low of 12 and the high of 112 leaving attendees to speculate where the actual number is?  You cite VP4 + HLD as being in the 30s. And it will improve over time but can you attest to the veracity of this claim? And if so do you have any insights as to what any potential ceiling might be to these improvements (.i.e. # cycles)?

If we've attained this level compatibility it clearly puts the VP4 at an advantage for addressing the high risk devices and should foster a more rapid adoption, also if we can it into the 40's or 50's I can see a lot of lower risk scope switching from HLD as well.

It was Aug 2015 when the FDA recommended HLD + ETO as the preferred method for cleaning duo''s .. I wonder if they will now formally update their recommendations in favor of the VP4, and I wonder if or how long it will take for ST91 to be changed as well? Perhaps Echo can comment on this?

Thanks
