'And gladly wolde he lerne and gladly teche.' Chaucer
Grampie's back illuminator, doing what I cando, teach..but only to those who can, and are willing, to learn.Glad you got Math help and learned that there are numerous exchanges about. That cross for a million shares on Pure should tell you something. Perhaps you could illuminate what your tally means, as I said I keep one (and I know why).

Now as to this private placement. Nice cost saver. No way you will get part. (and note the shares are at .45) And the cross was at .42. Yes Guy is raising capital. Now if the motivation for the private placement is a circumstance in which the company saw an outstanding opportunity for rapid growth that simply required additional financing then such is a plus for the stock.

Why telegraph the date for Q1 so early. That one caught me off guard, but then I bought the 'put the skunk on the table'. So is this a dead skunk bounce..or a dead skunk walking? Your thoughts on the smell test.

While you'll never be invited to the private placement there remains the chance to pick up shares under .45. (I still am).
As to the comment made about margins, true but as to Guy:"gladly wolde he lerne.."
