I often see comments like this when a stock is at a low. I saw them on the ENB board when it was trading at $37,50 and now that stock is almost $43. 


My take is that those posts are from shorters who are hoping to add to the selling pressure.  Typically they post and post negative statements which is in and of itself counter productive as most people start to ignore them.  If they aren't shorters, and are posting an honest opinion, it's not a well reasoned one.
