Nanoveu Limited is an Australia-based technology company that deploys nanotechnology. The Company specializes in protective films and coatings. We maintain our Outperformer rating in reflection of the REITs significant discount, attractive and sustainable yield of 6.2%, and the defensive nature of the multi-family asset class. Even though the units have appreciated substantially over the past year, we still believe that current valuation offers investors a compelling entry point, trading at a material ~8.3x 2018E FFO discount to residential peers.
