RE:RE:Such a dealTime will tell.  Certainly, the Companies that makeup SEH are no slouches with Ex-Goldman guys, and savvy LBO specialists, and in general just plain smart money guys.  I found no obvious examples of predatory behavior by SEH, so I hope RPC and Endurance will work out a business plan that is aggressive, smart and rewarding for all parties.  I hope to see a published business plan that specifically calls for timelines and targets.
