I’m not sure it’s Livewell , I noticed Percey street is voting on using Welsh LLP on their proxy as the ensuing auditor and we are voting in Manning Elliott . I think the autitors would have to be the same company to keep it simple . 
I did pick out a new name on the proxy Jeffrey B Lightfoot is named under proxy holder if failing Hugh Notman . I’m assuming it’s his lawyer ??
