Yes, but it wasn't supposed to be this low to begin with.  We thought (or I did, anyway) that 50-ish cents was the bottom, or near the bottom.  for the longest time it wouldn't drop below that. but then as low as 22 cents, now 33 cents, is that really something to celebrate?       It's good for those who decided to get in last week.  but for the existing shareholders, it's nothing to celebrate.  it is still DOWN overall.  

If this ever surpasses 50 cents, I'll be happy.   If it ever goes to $1 (not all stocks do) that will be quite an accomplishment and I'm sure everybody here will be happy.  

As you know, I have many shares in this company and I believe in this company and its plan.  But I'm just being rational here.
