Desjardins...
Desjardins...Is anyone able to shed any light on Desjardins' trading practices? They are certainly using agressive tactics and maniupulation (placing massive bids and then pulling them while simultaneously dumping shares and buying them back a cent or two lower). What I am wondering is if this is in fact illegal, as I am planning on reporting them to the regulators (I know, they will not doing anything, but I feel a moral obligation to, given the unethical behaviour). Any feedback before I do is appreciated, thanks. All just my thoughts and opinion.
