RE:RE:RE:WEED READY FOR ANOTHER ACQUISITION ?Standing pat, instead of paraphrasing these are my thoughts which I posted on the LEAF board:
Not taking the discount
The combined ACB-LEAF monster has current revenues of $27,450,000 last qtr which dwarfs Canopy's $21,700,000. I believe Canopy will jump to $40+ once listed on the NYSE giving it a mkt cap of $9.4B. With ACB-LEAF having better product and more current mkt share it's mkt cap should at least equal that of Canopy's meaning ACB should trade up to $9.50ish. $9.50 x 3.575= $33.96 per share of LEAF. Also I expect that ACB get's an American listing also imminently. No way in hell I'm taking that big of a discount today.
Sticking with LEAF, WEED, TRST and adding some NINE as this should kick start M&A activity in the "micro-caps" who need to get bigger immediately.
GLTA.
