Purepoint is on their own agenda set by their partners...remember when NexGen spent $100 million to drill the heck out of their property to prove up the reserves....aint going to happen here. There is no rush to do that here. Baby steps, baby steps. They confirm in the news release it is the same corridor/mineralization as the neighboring properties....so my question is...if that's the case and you know its there...why don't they spend $50 mill to do so....Answer is they don't want to, plain and simple.
Okay, fair point but the fact that there is mineralization is key. That alone is worth a higher price.
Usually, with minors the issue is actually finding area where gold or minerals reside. However, in PTU's case, they know that there is uranium.
So, will the stock go lower? sure, maybe. But i have no doubt that in the mid-term we will move higher and if the U-market turns around, there is a high chance this will skyrocket.
