Why? why? Why?

Why? why? Why?Is the Board so afraid of this meeting? Now ISS and Glass Lewis are providing recommendations for respective fees. I am withholding my votes for Evans and O’Neill based on their shenanigans at HOT as they seem to not recognize conflicts. Personal gain seems to be a priority over unitholder gain with unit holders at HOT suffering from the consequences.
