ACB Growth StrategyI have to admit that I was not very pleased at ACB's LEAF acquisition. ACB valued LEAF at such a premium that the sp will be punished for a while. Is it all doom and gloom for ACB from here on? Let us hope that these major acquisitions (CMED, LEAF) result in over-the-top revenue growth matched by lowest-possible production costs. As to the negative optics of having a billion outstanding shares, ACB can put forward reverse-stock-split of 5:1 for consideration by shareholders.
Let's give ACB a chance to prove that this was a great strategic move, after all BMO was their advisor in this transaction.
