RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LDS about to soar again as products are hitting shelves There's no difference between medical and recreational product. It's all the exact same stuff. The difference is where and whom it's sold to. LDS can ship as soon as they have product to ship so long as it's only shipping to licensed medicinal dispensaries, which was there game plan from the beginning anyways.
The ordinace that council is now voting on will be positive for LDS long term as they will be allowed to ship product to dispensaries that aren't licensed medicinal dispensaries. That being said, I'm not sure that LDS will immediately begin shipping to any non medical dispensaries, regardless of the council vote, until there's official federal legislation protecting recreational cannabis businesses in states that have legalized cannabis. Right now, the only federal legislation protecting cannabis companies from the feds is strictly for medical. It's my understanding that as long as LDS only does business with medical dispensaries, they're protected by that federal legislation.
