Insider SellingI see some people on the IV board are still moaning about insider selling.
Taking a quick look at the information circular, you can have a look at the top 5 Executive compensation packages. Taking a look at Don Shepherd, VP Eng, he recieved $230K in cash and 41.8K in options. After tax he takes home about $115K in cash. Now I know my family's monthly visa bill is in the 8-9K range, about 100K per year, and I don't live extravagently, I just have 3 busy kids. That would leave me 15K to pay for housing, golf clubs, cars, children's sports and activities, property tax, mortgage, private school or university tuition. Now this man is an accomplished executive who hasn't been making much money to fund a lifestyle comiserate to his station. Finally his 75 cent options are now worth $5+, I'd say it's time these guys took some money out to fund their lifestyle, god knows given their performance there will be plenty more options coming their way.
I honestly think this sums up the insider selling 100%.
