The Company has a 10.1 % working interest in a well in Logan County, Arkansas. The Company also has a 10.2 % working interest in a well in Oklahoma. Two wells, which are in production, are referred to as Okotoks 5-15-22-28 W4 and Okotoks 6-15-22-28 W4.

RE:RE:News: ProAm Explorations halted at openOk the Annual filings are on SEDAR I just read them. Sounds like a new pipeline may be built in Pennsylvania opening up their 42 shut in wells. Also another 50K due from CNC this fall so things are looking up in my opinion just need to get this trading again. Time to cancel the cease trade order.
