RE:Owens files information circularYou no doubt have noticed that the slime ball never mentioned the crooked terms that he promised those complicit with him - the promised price of the shares in his special financing.
Also review in detail who his three suggested replacement directors are.  Nobody I'd want on my board.
Best thing Owens could do is go to the meeting, withdraw his proposal, resign his directorship, and clear out.
