he cant actually say anything tangible during the negotiations.

he said it would be built and he said he is working with KM 
it isnt easy for JT to walk away with a failed project at this stage

it is a tight timeline but everyone is well versed so its quite possible
im giving it a 70/30 that we get something tangible by end of May
