Its not really news on the FID...he just said they are ready to go for 2018 and that the steel tariffs are no longer an issue.  Which isnt really new news.  I am just as optimistic as everyone but this isnt an FID release.  This guy has more on the line than us - he'd love his boss to approve the project!!!!  But we are waiting for an announcement from SHELL!! 

I am more optimistic and I do expect a lot more short covering to come - take it over $3 pretty quickly now.  When we get the FID expect it to go to 5 or 6 overnight.

Happy Days - the rain clouds are on the horizon :)
