Aurora created the same confusion with CMED

Aurora created the same confusion with CMED
I know. I was a CMED holder.  They give a bogus target price of $29 but given it's all shares, you get 3.575 shares of ACB for every 1 share of LEAF.

Every shareholder on LEAF should lock in the great gains obtained in the past few weeks.  From here, as the market realize it gets just ACB shares, they will value LEAF at as discount as the market did for CMED.

Today LEAF closed at $25.13, ACB closed at $7.79 on high volume of 13.9M shares trade.

Take your $25 per share and put it on any other stock than this. Review ACB/CMED to see the pain both sets of shareholders went through.  Many familiar with ACB predict, with dillution close to a billion shares the stock price will go to $5 of below.

$5*3.575= $17.88

Are you better now with $25 or wait months to get $17.88 in ACB shares?

Look at other leaders like WEED, APH on the larger cap and the multitude other smaller cap for your dollars.

PS I sold my CMED shares when the deal as announced, rebought and traded it hard.  The biggest mistake was to keep some for conversion to ACB.  That's when I lost money.  Not a lot but enough to tell you: don't ride ACB down.  They paid a premium for the shares, take advantage of it today via cash.
