RE:RE:Cost per gram 92 cents for APH. For ACB+LEAF?
I care because I want to optimize my money on the best picks. ACB+LEAF is a "monster", as many agree, so it's not something any cannabis investor should ignore.
Right now, they are one the low end of production in 2018. So WEED and APH have a huge advantage especially in the coming months as all eyes are tuned to the ridicuous $3.2B monopoly money acquisition of LEAF.
Analysts should dig deep to value the costs per gram of acquisition, production etc.
When all is said and done, old ACB holders will only own 61% of the new combo ACB. LEAF gets 39%.
Given LEAF only brings 32K KG to ACB's claimed 132K KG production this year, that's not impressive at all. ACB holders are getting thrown under the bus and LEAF holders, unless they sell now putting even more pressure on ACB because of the 1 for 3.575 ratio follow. Maybe you weren't here with CMED? I was.
So one that to take a MUCH longer approach to appreciate ACB. And that approach goes beyond just production. It has to focus on earnings. Cost per gram directly impact net earnings.
Does that make sense? I still hold ACB but it's very small compare to my other cannabis stock. But still significant enough to have a voice here to participate in intelligent discussions. Show some respect otherwise you'll get ignored.
I don't hate ACB, but this deal with bad for current ACB holders. I'm watching the markets to see if I sell 100% of it or not. APH and WEED are much safer investments and trading stocks than ACB or LEAF at this point. I don't plan to go anywhere anytime soon.
