Great Couple of Days
I've made the mistake of reading this board today as the last couple of days have been exciting from a volume perspective so I thought I would check in. This is no pump and dump. The last private placement...(there have only been two) matured on Monday and we proceed to trade 10 million shares over the next couple of days. Helloooo. This is sleepy May and all of the buying is legitimate. No paid promo. Number one that shows this story has eyeballs....the audience is there and this volume ain't coming from bigbird tweets. People are starting to connect the dots. They have ample cash reserves so going forward the stock is in a sweet spot where they really don't need additional financing. Would they take it at the right price...I'm sure but their days of dilution and desperation are behind them. I believe treasury sits over 1.5 million and the business is almost at the point of cash flow neutral as they ramp up the top line. Also the typical penny whores who were lucky enough to get in the last finance will blow out warrants in the mid 20s and put more jake in treasury. So now you've got a stock that isn't behooven to predatory financings with Amazon and their additional business streams as a nice bricks and mortar base. The technology itself is easily scaleable and the addition of new territories and customers will only add to rapid top line growth. You know none of these weed companies have a delivery strategy so there is certainly a window of opportunity there. I see a lot of potential blue sky. Also these high volume churn days are a changing of the guard. This story is slowly moving from howe st to bay st. It takes a little time but the quality of shareholder is improving. So end of the day the penny flippers and PPers will take their cut and move on....and I believe we will continue to see this story transfer to stronger hands. Financing isn't needed so the company itself can negotiate from a position of strength if and when it pleases. Then you've got the business itself which if you extract the consulting fees and one time charges from the last q is nearly cash flow neutral. Also the last board addition of Vikas to the advisory board. These guys financed RHT at a critical juncture and have done very well by such. I own a lot of this....got in cheap. The paper profits are big but since we signed up Wayner shaver.....you gotta go to where the pucks going....not where it is. Think it is foolish to unload here even at big profits if you have a little vision.
