When I look at this company long term (10 years out) I see that it is not impossible for this stock to be worth 10 or 20 times current valuation if they became a national brand of anesthesia service providers. I realize this is highly speculative but I am wondering if there are any other long term holders on this stock and what you think it could be worth given the current business and the growth opportunity in the US (as parameters). This is purely for my own entertainment and concensus building for my model.
i've been really excited about this stock since i found it and think the trajectory could be enormous.
i would highly suggest you and other long holders read the following Beacon Securities initiating coverage report from 2015 which has a really great overview on the demographic story.
Beacon estimates there are over 20,000,000 endoscopy procedures in the United States every year with approximately ~50% of those using anesthesia/deep sedation. to put things in perspective, CRH did just over 200,000 procedures last year...
they also highlight how fragmented the market is - as a roll-up/consolidator this gives CRH a HUGE runway for growth by acquisition.
