RE:Absolute Amatuer Hour...
RE:Absolute Amatuer Hour...The Federal Liberal Government are dream'n if they think someone else would step in and take over the Trans-Mountain Expansion Project. They wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole. KML doesn't want back stop financial backing from the Government. They want the Liberals to step in and get after the Green Peace's of the world and the other parties that are standing in the way of this project and others and bring them to heal as well as put an end to all of the court challenges and other shananegan's so that KML can get on with the Project. Label these groups as Economic Terrorists and start prosecuting them. They had their say during the hearings into the Project and the Project was approved. CASE CLOSED! Get over it and get with the program. The federal Liberals are missing a back-bone. One hopes they find one soon because KML will walk away and no matter how many times, and how loud, the goverrnment proclaims that they will back stop this project, the way things are going, KML will be waiting for donkey years, if they stick around, to start this project.
Perhaps if Premier Notley with-holds transfer payments to Ottawa and keeps the money here in Alberta it will dawn on Justin Trudeau and the Liberals just how much they need Alberta to keep the rest of the country afloat and when Quebec and BC are getting a smaller piece of the Transfer-Payments pie they will wake up and smell the coffee when they can't pay their bills and their residence are screaming bloody-murder about the cut-backs in Public Services. Well Alberta, is at it, shut down all fuel and oil related products going to BC and Quebec starting the July long-weekend just to drive home point.
Many years ago there was a prediction that the western provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchwan and Alberta would seperate, from Canada, and join the United States. Could this come to pass and could this issue add fuel to the fire that could spell the end of Canada if the Federal Liberals fail to get this project underway? Quebec had it's brush with seperatism. Could the 3 western provinces be next if they feel that they are being taken for granted or dismissed, by the East, as a bunch of country bumpkins and trailer trash that do not have to be taken seriously? After-all, the real Canada ends at the Ontario-Manitoba border and pops up again at the Alberta-BC border.
What a GONG-SHOW!
