LEAF has 6.8% institutional holding.
The ratios is already set, it's 3.575 ACB shares per LEAF shares. End product is old ACB shareholders get 61% of new ACB and LEAF gets 39% of new ACB.
But just as we saw with CMED, smart holders will sell for cash on the market in the coming weeks and will let the "hoping holders" suffer the ride down.
