Q1 result is just OK.......

Q1 result is just OK.......Finally, Q1 result came out with a clear picture that I was looking for and will decide my investment either go along or move elsewhere.
The numbers from Top to bottom is just OK, the dividend is safe for now....ie..not in the future...maybe there will be some cut in dividend later on .......
But there are a couple items should be concerned :  first is Payout ratio is rising to over 80% compared to 60% 2017.Secondly ,  Operating cashflow margin is shrinking to 18%  instead of 20% in Q1 2017. These two factors are absolutely the most crucial ways to measure a business financial health and also let you know your company stays long, expand and thrive or not...
If Management and its Board try to get rid of Solar business that killing them for quite a while, and have to execute a buy back program as soon as possible....That will stop the bleeding...
Based on what I analyse and see so far, I have to take some money off the table for now...
I'm not a pro analyst, a stock promoter or a hedge fund guys like JC or BA...I'm truly a value investor by its nature....my opinion in this community is based on what I've learned in school and experienced in 30 years of investing...
By the way, Thanks for KWH that gave me an opportunity to make lots of money last year...KWH is still good investment but have to be careful...
