RE:Q1 result is just OK.......
Great observations there.

I do have a couple of points I disagree with though. First, the base of customers is only declining from the third quarter of 2017 and when all is taken into account it's relatively stable.

Second, Costs are out of control because of SOLAR and the recent court costs. That money is supposedly set aside or at least easily available.

The above are the main reasons for lower cash flow margins.

Your take on cash flow margins is new to me. It definitely goes against the greatest all time value investor, Warren Buffet's strategy. He often looks for viable companies that are cash flow stressed and buys controling interest in them. Usually he takes a very indepth look at management and acts accordingly. Then again not all value investors like Mr Buttet's methods.

Good luck to you on this one.

I will be sticking around for a while longer. That darn chart over the past year is alarming.

Someone KNEW what was happening. Management didn't pay attention and got caught wanting.

At first I was upset with the short attack. Now, not so much. I haven't been enamored with management for over a year. I didn't have access to the information the short instigators did. I wrote several letters asking but only received one ambiguous reply from PR who told me my letters had been passed to one of the Directors and my questions would be answered asap.

Now, I suspect there wasn't one director that had the gonads to answer my queries. Maybe they didn't want to implicate themselves legally?????

I picked up a lot of units between $8-$9 over the past year.

I'm hoping for a nice cup and handle formation to start after May 29.

GLTA the good folks here.
