‎First Quantum's involvement is now a matter of public record, as we have signed a Framework Agreement that leads to an Option Agreement. That Option Agreement, by its nature, does not commit our company to invest in the Pebble Project unless and until the Company is satisfied, amongst other things, that the project can proceed safely.

It is also a matter of public record that the existing owners of the Pebble Project have now started the formal permitting process. That is a major step forward in having the project considered by the appropriate state and federal regulators whose job it is to apply and ensure due process and decide if the project may proceed.
