RE:RE:I need to understand about the warrantsI read that a few times and still don't really know what that means  but I think if the strike price (adjusted for consolidation or whatever the terms of the M and A is)   is below the exercise price, the warrants are essentially worthless.   However, if we are taken over, odds are the share price should pop, hopefully high enough

is my interpretation correct?
