Macassa argues against "peak gold", analogous to fracking

Macassa argues against "peak gold", analogous to frackingWe were supposedly at "PEAK OIL!!!", when new technologies such as fracking & tar sands extraction increased output.

If one will allow be to add in "inferred", for the purpose of argument, Macassa currently is sitting on 5.7M ounces at around 20 grams per ton.  That can be contrasted with 8.5M ounces extracted from all of the (town of) Kirkland Lake in it's history, and the latest drill results suggest Macassa will add more.  Briefly, improved technolgy to allow safer, faster and cheaper deep ore mining may "find" a lot more gold, and free cash flow, in KL alone.
