Time for news to soak

Time for news to soakNot every news wire received this morning's NR.   My desktop platform shows the news, but my mobile platform still doesn't show it.  There's a real possibility of more "soak time" tonight and spanning into tomorrow for the news to be factored into the share price. 

In the meantime, I see bids building, and the "wall" is on the ask now.  A move upwards from here will validate the flag/pennant formation to get all those T/A traders feelin' frisky.
