RE:Letter to IR

RE:Letter to IRThe US tax changes and FERC policy change render this guidance null (and it was guidance, not an assurance). As shareholders we should be aware enough to recognize when the business environment has suffered a shock.

Sent the following to ENF's IR, will advise on response:

Hi,

I'm hoping you can clear up the following for me.

During all of ENF's conference calls and presentations, we were repeatedly assured that not onlyIs the dividend safe, but that we expect to see dividend growth through 2019 (if not 2020).

However, with the recent ENB announcement to convert the shares of ENF to ENB, this dividend now appears to be in jeopardy (a 5% premium over a depressed closing price in exchange for a 20%dividend cut).

Can you comment on how ENF plans to deliver on its promise to shareholders with respect tothe dividend?
