The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

If that's true then that would be negative. If a big company buys KALY then our shares just get transferred over to theirs with not even nearly the amount of opportunity for growth we have here. What I hope for is a deal that would make KALY a wholly owned subsidiary of X company. Everyone needs to chill out on SH. NO1 KNOWS A DAMN THING. Some sort of finance is coming. But we have no idea. If that loser short is correct and say we even do get sued - who cares. WE OWN TALENT LOL literally. It would be vs their mad shareholders. HIGHLY doubt this true. Its not.
