RCF seems to have green light to take over and will get  paid to do it,  end of story.   Even sad CZN could do another dilution to pay off bridge loan if required but these guys all know the deal.

This lame attempt of looking good to old retail is a dog and pony show.   For 20 million they will control the company,  get 10 million paid back to them and still have 20 million or so in the coffers they will control.   It really doesnt get better than that for RCF.   They are literally getting paid to take control of the company.   

How much will the remainder of company cost to take private at this rate?    I really do not know but it could be 25 cents as easily as 8 cents.   Yes RCF wants to make money but at this point I doubt they want to share or deal with angry peasants.   There is probably a trade here, but as usual timing is everything.
