RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Non board lot trades?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Non board lot trades? From what I'm aware, stocks under $1 trade in lots of 1000 and stocks over $1 trade in lots of 100.  This is done to speed up trading.  If someone wants to sell an odd number such as 121 shares, and there is a buyer at that price for 100.  The 100 will be traded, and the remaining 21 will be automatically filled as a non boardlot trade.

This is the part I'm not cetain on, I think there may be a brokerage filling the odd lot amounts, which seems to be PI Financial group (or maybe all the brokerages do if they have large positions in the company), at the best price of the bidder.

I do know that when these trades are filled, they will not affect what the last trade value is, thus not affecting the market price.
