In Indonesia its a month of RamadanAfter a month there will be Eid festival. That means not many people interested in a deal. If you want to buyout Indonesian management probably Ramadan is not the time. If the Indonesia's corrupt bureaucracy smell the oil they definitely want to have their hands on oil.
